Föreningsverksamhet
Ideella föreningar visar gratis upp sig under C4-Open. Boka ett bord med tillhörande stolar i god tid innan tävlingen.
Eftersom vi haft problem med att bokade utställare inte kommit till C4, så tar vi numera kr 200:- i depositionsavgift. Pengarna betalas i förskott till vår kassör. Pengarna återfår du vid incheckningen. Anledningen är att bord inte ska bokas upp i onödan. Vid utebliven närvaro förbehåller C4-Open sig rätten att behålla så stor del av inbetald anmälningsavgift att det täcker omkostnader för bordshyror etc . Glöm inte att ange på talongen vilken förening det gäller.

Clubs and Exhibitions
Clubs are welcome to exhibit their work at C4-Open. Just book a table well before the show.
If you have booked a table but are unable to come to the show, we urge you to cancel your booking in good time. Space is limited at the show and there might be other clubs who could use the space.
